Vaterland, Katrin Jakobsen

This book is the result of a work on her father who was in the Hitler Youth but who never told her about it. She undertook a work of imaginary reconstruction around that. The artist found a notebook, after her father's death, which retraces his journey when he fled in May 1945.

Katrin Jakobsen put together her father's writings, his written answers and the images she made.
