Banlieue Parisienne, Tom Drakes

From the 1970s, Tom Drahos changed his way of working by using color and by starting a plastic work using the image as an experiment.

He continued this creative process during his participation in the Photographic Mission of the DATAR. In his work on the Parisian suburbs, he uses color filters during his shots and then manipulates the photographic film by decomposing and recomposing it to form the final image.
